Heidi Gibson

Heidi Gibson has over 20 years of Product Management experience, with most of that focused on consumer/small business software and SaaS. She was most recently VP of Product at BILL. Before this, she was the Sr Director for PLG at Adobe, VP Product for Barcelona-based Typeform, and other past companies include GoDaddy, ChefsFeed, Bella Pictures, BlueLight/NetZero, and Oracle. Heidi has extensive experience with high-growth teams and products, acquisition integration, new and international product launches, and building product and growth teams.

Heidi believes that building a great product starts with building a great team and that long-term sustainable growth for a company requires developing and nurturing a culture where people feel trusted, empowered, and safe taking risks. Empathy - for customers, stakeholders, team members, and even competitors - is the beating heart of every great product organization.

Heidi has a B.S. and M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT. She is on the board of The Renaissance Center, a Bay Area non-profit that provides business education and mentorship to underserved communities.
