Lauren Kearney is a seasoned product leader with over 15 years of experience building AI-driven consumer platforms. Currently Director of Product, Platforms & Services at Twitch, she previously led teams focused on personalization, discovery, and community growth. Lauren has a proven track record of launching adaptive, scalable products through customer-first strategies and deep machine learning integration. She holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pennsylvania and is a certified PMP. Lauren is also an advocate for women in tech, having served as Managing Director of Girls in Tech SF.
